Realme X to launch in India on 15 July, Far From Home Edition to Arrive Alongside
                 Realme X is set to launch in India on July 15. The company has made this announcement while also confirming that the Realme X Spider-Man: Far From Home Special Edition will be launched in the country as well. This custom edition variant was launched in China just a few days ago, and it comes with a Spider-Man graphic back cover, a Spider-Man theme, and a special gift box packaging. The Realme X China variant's key features include Snapdragon 710 SoC, 6.53-inch full-HD+ display, and 3,765mAh battery. The India variant is said to offer slightly different specifications and features.Realme X price and availability details will be announced on July 15, but it is confirmed to be priced somewhere around Rs. 18,000. CEO Madhav Sheth has confirmed that the Realme X India variant may come with different features and specifications, but the changes haven't been detailed yet. The headline-grabbing Naoto Fukasawa collection with onion and garlic finish will launch in the country as well. Sheth has also said that there will be a special variant made for India as well, and it will be revealed at launch.


The Realme X has been launched in China starting at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 15,400) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option, whereas the phone's 6GB + 64GB variant carries a price tag of CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs. 16,400) and the top variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,500). The Realme X Spider-Man: Far From Home special edition will come in a single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option at a price tag of CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 18,100). The phone's India pricing should be somewhere in the same range, but it may differ due to varied government policies  Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has finally confirmed the launch date of the company's most anticipated smartphone this year. The Chinese smartphone maker will take the covers off the Realme X on 15 July at 12 noon.

Sheth also put an end to some rumours surrounding that phone. He confirmed that the company had indeed collaborated with Spider-Man: Far From Home to bring out a special edition of the smartphone to India. Seth previously also confirmed that the special Onion and Garlic edition of the Realme X will also head to India alongside the regular models.

The Realme X was launched at an event in China last month. The Chinese variant of the Realme X comes with a 6.53-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels at a pixel density of 394 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

The device is powered by a 2.2 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor that features 2 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and runs ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie .
